We partnered with D Robinson & Sons, a family-run funeral directors established in 1892, with a proud legacy of supporting their local community. Alongside their compassionate services, the company has raised over £1 million for local hospices and continues to champion charitable causes across the region.

The Problem

The existing website felt outdated and failed to reflect the warm, professional, and trusted nature of the D Robinson & Sons brand. The two sister companies, Newlings of Royston and Peasgood & Skeates, also shared the same dated design, creating inconsistency and confusion for visitors. The sites relied heavily on generic stock imagery, offered a poor user experience, and featured slow performance and outdated copy that no longer matched the company’s tone or services.

The Solution

Identity Creative designed and developed a modern, elegant, and easy-to-navigate website that captures the compassion, professionalism, and history behind D Robinson & Sons. The refreshed platform clearly communicates services, heritage, and helpful resources to support families in need.

To create a unified brand experience, we also developed matching websites for Newlings of Royston and Peasgood & Skeates, ensuring consistency across all three businesses. Our team provided copywriting with carefully chosen keywords and a tone of voice that feels both empathetic and informative.

The new platform includes an intuitive front-end builder for simple content updates, including regular PDF uploads, while branded stationery was designed to align with the updated visual identity — resulting in a cohesive, professional presence both online and offline.
