We partnered with The Birdlings, a development of 90 quality homes on the edge of the village of Comberton, offering excellent links to local schools, Cambridge, and beyond. The project was delivered by Beechwood Estates, a longstanding client of Identity Creative.
The development had no brand name or tagline to align with its vision and mission. The branding needed to reflect the local environment and culture while remaining tasteful, memorable, and adaptable as the project grew. The website was required to inform potential buyers about proposed plans and later support sales, with storytelling at the core of all branding and marketing materials.
Identity Creative conducted in-depth research into the local history and the proposed development to create a captivating, nature-inspired brand name and tagline. We developed content including copywriting for the brochure and website, as well as photography of the local area to use across all marketing materials. Large-scale signage was produced, including hoardings, sales boards, directional signs, sales suite elements, heras fencing covers, and flags. A digital and print-ready brochure and property specification packs were created for the full development, alongside an interactive map showcasing the site. The website was built in phased stages, adapting throughout the development timeline to align with project milestones and provide an evolving resource for potential buyers.
Whether you’re just starting out or ready to grow further, Identity Creative is here to support you with all your creative and technical needs.
