We partnered with Bailey Instruments, a trusted manufacturer and distributor of premium surgical and podiatry instruments for over 30 years, including their subsidiary brand Susol.
Bailey Instruments’ branding had become dated and inconsistent, with limited alignment between the main brand and its sub-brand Susol. Their website, which was under redevelopment, faced technical issues requiring urgent short-term support. When applied to large-scale assets such as exhibition stands, the branding lacked impact. In addition, they had very few ready-to-use assets for social media, newsletters, or marketing campaigns, and no brand guidelines to ensure consistency across internal and external communications.
Identity Creative delivered a complete refresh of Bailey Instruments’ brand presence. We resolved immediate technical website issues to ensure smooth functionality during redevelopment. The branding was updated to align Bailey Instruments and Susol while retaining recognisability, supported by an expanded colour palette and visual assets for greater flexibility. Comprehensive brand guidelines were created to standardise usage across all channels.
To extend their reach, we produced updated stationery, social media templates, and newsletter designs, ensuring consistency across print and digital platforms. For large-scale impact, we designed high-quality exhibition materials, including detailed product technical illustrations. Editable social media templates were also developed, optimised for both organic and paid campaigns, complete with clear calls to action.
