Scancell’s branding and website were outdated and lacked impact, offering a forgettable experience that didn’t reflect their innovation or expertise. The website platform was difficult to use, with a confusing user journey and content that needed updating to align with their pipeline and positioning. Existing materials lacked consistency, and the PowerPoint template provided only plain layouts. Functionalities such as geofencing and filterable content were missing, limiting the experience for different audience groups.
