As you move up to higher tiers, you also get advanced security updates, performance optimisations (e.g. page speed), monitoring, monthly reports, staging sites, and more.
We include a website restore service as standard. If an update causes an issue, we will roll back to the most recent working version and resolve any conflicts at no extra cost.
All maintenance packages are billed annually, but we aim for flexibility and transparency. You can renew or cancel at the end of each period, depending on what works best for you.
Absolutely. As your website grows or your needs change, you can move between packages. We’ll prorate the transition so you get fair value.
Only security updates or display issues are included in the maintenance packages. Any content changes, new pages, or additional features will be billable as separate work.
